We could not locate this house which is positioned at the address that is now 20 Newberry. It was rented then owed by the Fendlers in the 1920s and 1930s. From Newberry Place Leland’s office building can be seen to the right between this house and the house on lot 8. This office building is also gone. This house has been replaced by the house currently at 20 Newberry Place. Also a new house has also been built on a vacant lot to the left of this lot (shown on the survey map) which has been given the address 30 Newbery Place.
This is the Fendlers’ house before 1922.
