This is the house on the corner of Oakland Beach Avenue and Newbury Place (now 14 Newberry Place) facing toward the hollow center of the development. It was rented and then purchased by the St. Claires whose children Tommy (Betty) and Jean became life-long friends of June (Magill) and Peter Leavitt.
